TOOKURRA DANCIN N THE MOONLITE

Tookurra Dancin N The Moonlite (Ben) commenced his show career in 2019 as a baby puppy and adapted to the show environment very well.

 

Through-out his first season of shows, Ben was  awarded many first places and breed class awards in Baby Puppy, Puppy, Junior and Aus Bred Classes and two Reserve Dog Challenges here in South Australia.

 

A highlight in Ben’s young show career was being awarded 5th Puppy Dog of Australia and short listed in the top six of Australia for Best Gaited Dog (at ten months old) competing in the 5th Australian Border Collie Nationals in Sydney October 2019.

Sadly for us Ben was desexed in the best interest of his health late 2020 and retired from the show circuit. However, Ben is living his best life now, residing with friends on a  neighbouring farm. We are still very much part of Ben's life seeing him often  for regular grooming and cuddles and love this boy dearly.
